Terms: Participation

Use these guides to observe more carefully, not to justify entry, ignore a boundary or expose another person.

The service

braviloventure.forum provides independent general information about city discovery, history, photography and public space. The current service is a static editorial website with a browser-based note builder. It does not provide a live forum, membership service, guided visits, access permissions or an emergency reporting channel.

No permission or professional advice

Content is educational and is not legal, safety, engineering, conservation or other professional advice. A reference to a place does not establish its condition, ownership, opening hours or your right to enter or photograph there. Verify current information with the relevant owner, operator or authority.

Never enter restricted areas, bypass security, climb barriers or enter unsafe structures on the strength of anything here. If permission or conditions are unclear, do not proceed. Follow local law, posted restrictions and lawful instructions from authorised personnel.

Responsible use

Do not use the site or contact channels to share unlawful material, harassment, private personal information, access codes, security weaknesses or instructions for unauthorised entry. Do not misrepresent an editorial prompt as a real user submission, or claim that the site endorses a particular visit.

We are not affiliated with the landmarks, archives, authors, institutions or public bodies referenced in the guides. External links are offered for context and research, not as an endorsement or a guarantee of availability, accuracy or access.

Your notes and correspondence

The note builder creates text locally. It does not send or publish it. You are responsible for reviewing the content before copying, downloading or emailing it. You retain rights in your original material. Sending an enquiry does not create an obligation to reply, publish, provide services or accept a proposal.

There is no automatic public-submission licence. If publication of your original material is proposed, permission and any necessary attribution should be agreed separately. Do not send material you lack the right to share.

Intellectual property

Site text, design and original creative material are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may read the site and make personal reference notes. Further reproduction or distribution requires permission unless an applicable legal exception or an explicit licence allows it. Third-party works and archive items remain subject to their own rights and terms.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to provide useful, careful information, but cannot guarantee that every statement remains complete or current. Conditions and external sources can change. The website and tools may be changed or unavailable. Keep your own copy of any note you need; the site is not a storage or backup service.

Limits and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general content, third-party services, unauthorised access or circumstances outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. No term gives permission to act unlawfully.

Questions and changes

For corrections or questions about these terms, write to [email protected]. Changes to the service may require updated terms. Read the current version before using a new feature. The Privacy Notice and Cookie Choices page explain information handling and browser preferences.
